Loan Signing Services

At Monarch Loan signing services, we are responsible for facilitating the signing of loan documents between borrowers and lenders. We are often hired by banks, mortgage companies, and title companies to ensure that all parties involved in a loan transaction have signed the necessary documents correctly and on time.

The loan signing agent is typically called upon to meet with the borrower at a location of their choosing, such as their home, office, or a public location such as a coffee shop. They will then go through the loan documents with the borrower, ensuring that they understand each document and that all of the required information is filled out correctly.

Once the borrower has reviewed and signed all of the necessary documents, the loan signing agent will notarize them to make them legally binding. They will also ensure that all of the necessary documents are collected and delivered to the appropriate parties, such as the lender and title company.
